Barry lost his vision in a workplace accident 12 years ago. Now, he’s enjoying life to the fullest. Ever seen a blind man driving a car, rock climbing or white water rafting?

Nathan composed the music for this short film, by Michael Klekamp, in September 2009.

The film has featured at various festivals in North America and has won the Jury Grand Price for Short Documentary at the Thin Line Festival, in Texas, and was awarded gold at Worldfest, in Houston, in the Biographical category.

WIDC 2010 – WIDC stands for Women In The Directors Chair. Run by Creative Women Workshops, it is an exciting program based at The Banff Centre and it helps nurture upcoming directing talent in Canada. In January 2010 Nathan participated in the program as resident composer. He ended scoring for all 8 short films that were made in the two week event.
